As Ayhan Steel, we supply hot-rolled wire rod in coils to the global market, the fundamental building block for hundreds of different industrial applications ranging from construction nails to welded wire mesh, and from welding electrodes to precision spring production. From low carbon to high carbon, all our wire rods guarantee a perfect surface quality and unbreakability in your cold drawing processes.
Zero Breakage and Cold Drawing Performance
Wire breakage during cold drawing, the biggest nightmare of wire manufacturers, is eliminated thanks to the smooth surface and homogeneous internal structure of our wire rods. The controlled cooling technology applied during the rolling of the steel billet optimizes the microstructure of the material.
We provide production in a wide range of options, from Low Carbon (SAE 1006 - 1010) wire rods used in nail and construction wire production to High Carbon grade options used in the rope and spring industry.

Standard Diameters and Heavy Tonnage Shipment
To increase efficiency on our customers' production lines (uncoilers), our wire rods are packaged in one-piece (weldless) and tightly wound large coils.
We manufacture with precise tolerances from the standard 5.5 mm diameter to 16.0 mm diameter according to the needs of the project or facility. To prevent rusting and unraveling during overseas shipments, each coil is securely strapped from four points with steel bands.
- Precise diameter dimensions between standard Ø 5.5 mm - Ø 16.0 mm.
- Average 1.5 - 2.0 tons of one-piece (weldless) industrial coils.
