As Ayhan Steel, we offer 24/7 secure warehousing services at international standards, ranging from open yard bulk storage to climate-controlled bonded warehouses.
Heavy Tonnage Open Yard Storage
We allocate special open stock yards with high ground strength for heavy industrial products that are relatively resistant to weather conditions, such as steel billet, wire rod, rebar, and steel profiles.
Located behind ports and at strategic transit points, these yards are equipped with giant Gantry Cranes and heavy tonnage forklifts. Your materials are unloaded directly from the truck or wagon to the yard, sorted according to their Heat No, and preserved with zero confusion until vessel loading.

Bonded Warehouse Services
To gain flexibility in international trade, our Bonded Warehouse services come into play. You can safely store your products without paying import taxes (nationalization) and optimize your Cash Flow by making partial withdrawals.
Products subject to the transit trade regime (e.g., zinc ingots or steel coils) can be kept in our warehouses and shipped directly to third countries (Re-export) without being subject to any customs duties. All warehouse declarations in this process are managed by our operations team.

Closed Storage for Sensitive Commodities
Agricultural Urea fertilizer, Cold Rolled (CR) Steel Coils, and Zinc Ingots are highly sensitive to moisture and precipitation. To prevent caking in fertilizers and white rust (oxidation) in coils, these products are stored in 100% closed, ventilated, and humidity-controlled warehouses.
In our closed storage areas, industrial racking and floor systems are used to stack Big Bags without damage and to keep steel coils on special wedges without deformation.

Renewal of worn pallets before long sea voyages, steel strapping, stretch wrapping, and filling bulk fertilizers into Big Bags.

Attaching durable labels containing Heat No, origin, quality, and weight information to products in accordance with the customs rules of the importing country.
Cross-Docking
To reduce storage costs to zero; transferring the cargo from incoming trucks or wagons directly to shipping containers/vessels without any waiting time in the warehouse.
