Special High Grade (SHG) Purity

The purity of zinc is vital to minimize dross formation in galvanizing baths and to optimize coating thickness at the micron level. Our ingots are produced with a minimum of 99.995% Zn purity, free from impurities such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and iron (Fe).

It provides excellent surface adhesion in Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) processes of products exposed to harsh outdoor conditions such as steel pipes, automotive sheets, construction profiles, and utility poles.

Container Shipping at LME Standards

Zinc ingots, which have high financial value, require maximum security during shipping and handling processes. Our products are prepared in 1-ton or 2-ton (±5%) special steel-strapped bundles that can be easily loaded and unloaded with a forklift.

Beyond the galvanizing industry, zinc also plays a critical role in the automotive industry and hardware manufacturing. Our SHG ingots, with their low melting point, provide ideal fluidity for Die-Casting (Zamak) processes where complex engine parts and precision electronic components are produced.

In addition, by alloying with copper (Cu) in the production of high-quality Brass, it is used as a main component in a wide range of applications from the construction sector to the defense industry.
