Flawless Chemical Homogeneity
The secret to a good rolling process is the internal purity of the billet. After being melted in Electric Arc (EAF) or Induction Furnaces (IF), our steel billets are alloyed with millimeter precision through spectrometric analysis.
Sulfur (S) and Phosphorus (P) ratios, which cause breakage and cracking on the production line, are kept well below international standards, providing flawless performance as the raw material for products requiring high strength.

Continuous Casting (CCM) Tolerances
To fully comply with the reheating furnace dimensions of your rolling mills, our billets are produced with high square cross-section accuracy in modern continuous casting machines. Rhomboidity deviations are close to zero.
Casting is performed in cross-sections from 100x100 mm to 150x150 mm according to your project needs, with perfect square cuts provided in standard 6-meter or 12-meter lengths.
