Do your products comply with international standards?
Yes, all steel products we supply are 100% compliant with (ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS) standards and are documented with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) prior to shipment.
Can we request 3rd party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas)?
Absolutely. As per our transparency policy, you can appoint independent inspection agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas at our loading ports before shipment.
What are your quality tolerances (thickness, width)?
We produce and supply within the tight tolerance ranges specified by the relevant EN and ASTM production standards. Minus tolerance options are available for precise projects.
Do you supply "Green Steel" (Low Carbon)?
Yes, our portfolio includes green steel options that are compliant with the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), produced via Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) with a low carbon footprint.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
To optimize international freight costs, an MOQ of 1 Container (Approx. 20-25 Tons) is generally applied for standard coil/sheet products. Flexibility is provided for special projects.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
In accordance with global trade rules (Incoterms 2020), we mainly serve with FOB, CFR, and CIF delivery terms. EXW or DDP is also possible upon request.
What are your packing standards for overseas shipments?
All our products are packed to Seaworthy standards. Anti-rust VCI protective papers, metal enclosures, and high-strength steel strapping are used.
What are your average delivery Lead Times?
For ready stock products, dispatch to port is 3-7 business days. For orders requiring new production (rolling), lead times vary between 15 to 45 days depending on product specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
Within the framework of our secure trade policies, we operate with T/T (Bank Transfer), 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, and CAD (Cash Against Documents) methods.
Do you require a confirming bank for L/C transactions?
Yes, due to global risk management, confirmation from a first-class bank (Top 100 Global Banks) with high international credibility is required for L/C transactions.
Are freight and insurance included in the goods' value?
Our offers are shaped according to your request. In CFR offers, sea freight is included. For CIF requests, Clause A cargo insurance covering 110% of the value is also added.
Do you prepare export customs documents?
Yes, all documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CoO), EUR.1, and MTC are prepared by our expert operations team and sent to you via courier.
